All recipes in Savory: Fast, Fresh and Easy magazine’s new “Foods that Fits” issue for January 2019 earn Guiding Stars! The monthly publication offers seasonal recipes, entertaining ideas, and nutrition tips to supermarket shoppers.
Last spring, Guiding Stars launched in four new grocery brands that also offer Savory magazine to their customers. This provided a perfect partnership opportunity for Guiding Stars to rate each recipe in the magazine to help readers find the most nutritious choices. The January issue was developed over several months and designed to exclusively offer only recipes that earn one or more Guiding Stars. There are more than 40 recipes that not only fit new year’s resolutions, but also shoppers’ lifestyles and budgets. It’s available in stores and online now.
Savory magazine is available in-store at almost 750 Stop & Shop, Giant Food, and Giant/Martin’s supermarkets from the mid-Atlantic through New England. Over 1.5 million copies of each issue are distributed across these stores. You can also access it on the supermarkets’ websites or by downloading the free Savory Magazine app, which is available for Apple, Android, Kindle and Windows devices.
Guiding Stars is excited about this new collaboration with Savory magazine. We have rated over 1,200 Savory recipes and more than half of them earn Guiding Stars. You can access Savory’s recipes on their website. Congratulations to the Savory team and Thank you to the many hands on their team and ours that made this such a successful issue. We are thrilled to partner with Savory and their efforts to promote more nutritious recipes using Guiding Stars!
