- 24 cauliflower florets (about 10 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
Directions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli and cauliflower; cook until tender-crisp (3 minutes). Drain; rinse under cool water.
