Ingredients
- 1½ lbs. carrots, peeled and sliced
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ¾ tsp. ground caraway seeds
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Steam the carrots until soft (10-15 minutes).
- Transfer carrots to a food processor or blender. While it’s running, pour remaining ingredients and process to desire consistency.
