You can make this treat any time of year, but it will be best in the summer when fresh strawberries and peaches are at their peak flavor. If you have kids at home, this is the perfect cool-down treat for them to help you make and enjoy.

Tip: For an even colder treat, place your glasses in the freezer at least 30 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries or peaches
  • 1½ cups 100% pineapple-orange juice
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 6 oz. non-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. coconut extract

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, process the ingredients until smooth.
