Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1½ lbs. fingerling potatoes, halved
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ⅛ tsp. ground red pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- Toss all ingredients together and spread out on a baking sheet.
- Roast until tender (25-30 minutes). Serve hot.
