Ingredients
Dressing:
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp. honey
- ½ tsp. tarragon
- ¼ tsp. pepper
Salad:
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 4 cups baby spinach
- ¾ cup blueberries
- 3 pears, cored and diced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup blue cheese
Directions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients and set aside.
- In a bowl, gently together salad ingredients. Toss with dressing to serve.
