Ingredients
- 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients except the oil in the food processor or blender. Process until almost smooth.
- Pour the oil through the feed tube with the processor or blender running at the slowest speed and process until blended.
