Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Toss all ingredients together.
- Cover and refrigerate. Serve salad cold or at room temperature.
