Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 4 (4 oz.) halibut fillets or steaks
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, stir together everything but the fish.
- Arrange the halibut on the baking pan. Spoon the tomato mixture over the fish. Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork (10-15 minutes).
