Ingredients
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ tsp. hot sauce
- ½ tsp. oregano
- 1½ lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Place the chicken in a freezer bag and with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator (2-24 hours).
- Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place the oven rack at the highest position. Broil the chicken on high until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF, turning once (6 minutes per side).
