Grilled Caesar Burgers

A unique and delicious way to eat burgers! If you don’t have a grill, the burgers can be cooked as easily under a broiler or even in a frying pan.

Ingredients

  • 2 Guiding Star-worthy vegetarian burger patties
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced fat Caesar dressing
  • 4 whole wheat bread slices
  • 4 tomato slices

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill burgers as directed on package.
  2. Toss lettuce with dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Top each burger with dressed lettuce and tomato and serve on bread.
