Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 1 cabbage, thickly sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix together oil, garlic, marjoram, and salt.
- Lay cabbage slices on the baking sheet and brush both sides with oil mixture. Roast until gently browned on both sides, turning halfway through (30 minutes).
