- 1 clove garlic, minced

- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ red onion, sliced

- 1 red bell pepper, chunked
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 bunch dill, chopped
- 1 bunch mint, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese
Directions
- Whisk together garlic, vinegar and oil.
