If you want the crunch and heat of a good salsa, but aren’t a fan of tomatoes, this might be the salsa for you. The three jalapeños make this dip quite zippy.
Ingredients
- 1 European cucumber, diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
