Ingredients
- 4 small seedless cucumbers, peeled and grated
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp. dill
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ avocado
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Chill to serve (30 minutes).
