Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- ½ cup fresh mint
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. water
- ⅛ tsp. sugar
- 1 chili pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 (½") piece peeled fresh ginger
Directions
- To prepare chutney, combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
