Ingredients
- 12 oz. bowtie pasta
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (26 oz.) jar Guiding Star-worthy pasta sauce
- 8 oz. cooked chicken breast, diced
- Oregano to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium high.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and carrots until golden brown (3-5 minutes).
- Add broth, pasta sauce, chicken, and oregano. Cook until sauce thickens (4-5 minutes).
- Serve over pasta.
