Broccoli is absolutely the most exciting dish on the table…when you top it with a tangy, tasty sauce like this one. Serve as a side with your favorite southwestern entrees.
Ingredients
Chipotle-Lime Sauce:
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp.+1 tsp. minced canned chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pepper to taste
Broccoli:
- 3 medium heads broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients for the chipotle-lime sauce.
- Toss broccoli with oil and spread on a baking pan.
- Heat broiler to high. Broil broccoli until tender and slightly charred (4-5 minutes).
- Serve topped with chipotle-lime sauce.
