Ingredients
- 4 bananas, peeled
- 1½ cup skim milk
- 1½ cup plain, non-fat yogurt
- ¼ tsp. rum extract
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
Directions
- Add all ingredients except nutmeg to blender or food processor. Puree until smooth.
- Pour into 4 serving glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
