Ingredients
- 2 cups peas, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup crumbled low-fat feta cheese
- ¾ cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- black pepper to taste
Directions
- Thaw peas, if they’re frozen. Toast almonds and combine with peas.
- Stir in onions, feta cheese and yogurt.
- Mix in balsamic vinegar and season with pepper. Cover and refrigerator.
