- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix spinach, oranges, cucumber, onion, and walnuts in a large bowl.
