Ingredients
Dressing:
- Juice of 1 pink grapefruit
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallot
- 1 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- ½ tsp. honey
- ¼ tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds, cracked
Salad:
- 2 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
