Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 cup chopped Romaine lettuce
 - ¼ cup chopped red onion
 - 2 cups chopped bell peppers
 - 1 cup chopped cucumbers
 - 3 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
 - 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
 
Dressing:
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
 - 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
 - 1 tsp. oregano
 - Pepper to taste
 
Pitas:
- 4 whole-grain pita rounds
 
Directions
- Toss together salad ingredients.
 - Whisk together dressing ingredients.
 - Toss the dressing with the salad.
 - Cut the pita rounds in half and fill each half with the dressed salad mixture.
