Ingredients
Dressing:

- 2 Tbsp. minced shallot
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Pepper to taste
Salad:
- ½ cup dried tart cherries
- 1 head frisée lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Directions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients.
- Toss together salad ingredients and serve with dressing.
