Tip: If you have a hard time finding champagne vinegar, any wine-based vinegar will work as a substitute.
Ingredients
Dressing:
- 3 Tbsp. champagne white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. no-sugar-added strawberry spreadable fruit
- 1 tsp. canola oil
Salad:
- 5 cups spinach
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
Directions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients. If making ahead, refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Toss together salad ingredients and served with dressing.
