Ingredients
- 6 skinless chicken thighs
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into spears
- ½ lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 6 shallots, peeled and halved
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1½ Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Directions
- Stir everything but vinegar into a large slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender (5-6 hours).
- Stir in vinegar and serve hot.
