Ingredients
- 1 can (15½ oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup fat-free, plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Drain and mash garbanzo beans in blender, food processor, or with fork.
- Add remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve.
