Ingredients
Dressing:
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
Salad:
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 4 cups packed mixed greens
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 scallion, chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. Set aside.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss gently with salad to combine and serve.
