Tea is an excellent base for a refreshing summer spritzer. Fruit, herbs, and seltzer bring sweetness and depth of flavor and can be experimented with for a drink you’ll have fun playing with for party after party.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed tea
- ½ cup blueberries
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Juice of ½ orange
- 5 fresh basil leaves, slightly crushed
- 1 liter citrus seltzer water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except seltzer in a pitcher, muddle slightly with a spoon, and let sit for flavor (1-24 hours).
- Top with seltzer and stir gently to serve.
