- ¼ avocado
- 2 Tbsp. hummus
- 1 oz. sliced light cheddar cheese
- 1 handful mixed greens
- 2 oz. Guiding Stars-worthy sliced turkey breast
Directions
- Toast bread, if desired. Mash avocado and spread on one slice of the bread.
- Spread hummus on the other slice.
- Layer remaining ingredients to build the sandwich and serve immediately.
