Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups potatoes, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning blend
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine chicken and potatoes in the slow cooker. Toss with oil and seasonings until well coated.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours, until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
