Warm Cinnamon Almond Rice Drink

If you like rice pudding then you will love this warm rice drink that is rich in heart-healthy fats and makes use of leftover rice!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp hearts

Directions

  1. Heat cooked rice and almond milk together in microwave. Stir in honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Transfer rice mixture to a blender. Add hemp hearts and blend until smooth.
