Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chickpeas
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. curry powder
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF.
- Roast chickpeas until golden and crisp, stirring once (20 minutes).
- While the chickpeas are roasting, combine remaining ingredients. Pour the mix over the pan of chickpeas and stir to coat. Return pan to oven to let flavors set (3-4 minutes).
- Cool until safe to eat before serving (2-3 minutes).
