Ingredients
- 1½ cups cranberries
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 clove
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
Directions
- Heat all ingredients to a simmer over medium.
- With a large spoon press down on the cranberries to squash them.
- Heat until sauce begins to thicken (5 minutes).
- Allow to cool and remove clove before serving.
