Ingredients

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 (1") piece ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Slaw:

  • 1 head purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1 zucchini, shredded
  • 1 summer squash, shredded
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • ⅓ cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  2. Combine cabbage, zucchini, squash, and carrots in large bowl. Toss with dressing.
  3. Top with sesame seeds and shredded cheese to serve.
